Walk in FAITH, not FEAR βοΈ
No weapon formed against you shall prosper. Isaiah 54:17
Some days fear shows up LOUDLY. Other days itβs quieter, like a familiar background noise that tries to pull your attention back to what once hurt you. Today is a reminder that fear does not get the final word. God does.
Walking in faith does not mean you never feel afraid. It means you keep moving even when fear tries to slow you down. You do not have to wrestle every thought or prove anything. You simply keep walking, trusting that God is already ahead of you and all around you.
When the past tries to resurface, it is often your mind trying to protect you. Instead of fighting it, pause. Take a slow breath. Remind yourself that you are here, you are safe, and this moment is different. Speak it out loud if you need to. I am protected. God is with me. This is not my past repeating itself.
If fear feels stuck in your body, grounding can help. Put your feet flat on the floor and notice what you can see, hear, and feel around you. Place a hand on your chest and breathe slowly. Your body needs reassurance just as much as your mind does. Peace often begins there.
Faith grows in everyday choices. Choosing rest instead of panic. Choosing truth instead of what fear suggests. Choosing to believe that what tried to break you will not succeed. No weapon formed against you will prosper because God is faithful, not because you are perfect.
You are allowed to move forward without looking over your shoulder. You are covered. You are protected. You are not walking alone.
Prayer..
God, thank You for walking with me today. When fear shows up, help me slow down and remember the truth. Remind me that I am safe in Your hands and that nothing from my past has power over my future. Teach me to walk in faith one step at a time!
In Jesus name, Amen.
