What parts of yourself do you need to change for life to improve?
For me, I need to get a handle on my patience. Especially when I'm annoyed or over stimulated. I'm also working on letting people into my life again after shutting them out for a while. I'm not the most friendly person anymore and deliberately try to keep people away from me after years of betrayals.
What do you need to fix up?


My health eating habits ,, and reactions to anything that people or family trigger me ,, my anxiety goes through the roof xx
I need to stop giving my everything, especially when it's not reciprocated. I need to let go of people that hurt me x
