God QUALIFIES the called! 🔥
Verse:
"Come and hear, all you who fear God; let me tell you what he has done for me." Psalm 66:16
One thing I love about this verse is how simple it is. The writer isn't standing on a stage. They aren't a pastor. They aren't a Bible scholar. They're simply saying, "Let me tell you what God has done for me."
Sometimes we make sharing Jesus much more complicated than it needs to be.
We think we need all the answers.
We think we need years of Bible knowledge.
We think we need to win every debate.
But often the most powerful thing you can share is your own story.
Nobody can argue with what Jesus has done in your life.
Maybe He gave you peace during a storm.
Maybe He healed your heart after heartbreak.
Maybe He rescued you from addiction, fear, anxiety, the occult, depression, or hopelessness.
Maybe He simply stayed faithful when everyone else walked away.
People are looking for hope. Many are searching in all the wrong places. Some are chasing money. Some are chasing relationships. Some are chasing spiritual experiences. Yet deep down, many are still empty.
That's where your testimony matters.
You don't have to force people.
You don't have to argue with them.
You don't have to scare them.
Just plant seeds.
A kind conversation.
A prayer for someone struggling.
A Bible verse sent at the right moment.
A simple "Jesus helped me through that."
God does the rest.
Remember, when Jesus called His disciples, He didn't tell them to change the whole world overnight. He simply told them to follow Him, and then He taught them how to reach others.
The pressure isn't on you to save people. That's God's job.
Our job is simply to be available.
Sometimes you may feel nervous talking about your faith. That's normal. Even the disciples needed courage. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you. You might be surprised how many opportunities God places in front of you when you're willing.
And don't underestimate small acts of faithfulness. A seed looks tiny when it's planted, but one day it becomes something much bigger.
The conversation you have today could be the very thing God uses to change someone's life tomorrow.
So don't hide your light.
Don't keep your testimony locked away.
Someone needs the hope that Jesus has given you.
Therapy Tip!
Many people feel pressure to "perform" when talking about faith. Instead of trying to convince people, focus on connecting with them. People often respond more to authenticity than perfection. Your story, your struggles, and your journey can be far more powerful than having all the right answers.
Prayer 🙏
Father, thank You for the difference You have made in my life. Help me to be bold, loving, and wise when sharing my faith with others. Open doors for conversations that point people towards You. Give me the right words at the right time and help me to represent Jesus well. Let my life reflect Your goodness, kindness, and truth. Use my testimony to encourage those who are hurting and searching for hope. In Jesus' name, Amen. 🙏❤️
