Walking in Courage and the Power of God 🕊

Fear is the DOORWAY for demonic attacks.

Fear often creeps in to tell us that we are not strong enough or capable enough. It tries to convince us that danger is always near and that failure is certain. Yet God invites us to live with a different posture. He calls us into a life shaped by His strength, His authority, and His love.

God does not want fear to be your guide. His power covers every moment you face. When you step into a situation that feels overwhelming, remember that you are not stepping into it alone. The Spirit of God walks with you and fills you with courage that does not come from human effort. Confidence grows when you place your trust in the One who never fails and never leaves.

Bible Verse..

2nd Timothy chapter 1 verse 7!

"For God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power and of love and of a sound mind".

Therapy Tips for Overcoming Fear!

1. Practice grounding.

When anxiety rises, notice five things you can see, four things you can touch, three things you can hear, two things you can smell, and one thing you can taste. This helps bring your mind back to the present where God meets you.

2. Challenge fear based thoughts.

Write down the fearful thought. Then ask yourself what evidence you have that it is true. Replace it with a truth filled statement such as God is with me in this moment or I have overcome challenges before with His help.

3. Breathe with intention.

Slow breathing calms the nervous system. Inhale to a slow count of four, hold for two, then exhale for six. As you breathe, remind yourself that the presence of God surrounds you.

4. Build small steps of courage.

Do one small action that you have been avoiding. Every step teaches your mind that you are stronger than the fear and that God equips you for every challenge.

Prayer..

Lord, strengthen my heart today. Help me release fear and rest in Your power. Teach me to walk with bold faith and steady peace. Amen.
