GOD HEARS YOU!

Happy Sunday guys.

Sometimes life can make it feel like our prayers are disappearing into thin air. We pray for healing, for answers, for our families, for peace, and sometimes all we hear is silence. But silence is not the same as absence. God hears every single prayer, even the ones that never make it past a whisper.

Jesus said in John 10:14, "I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me." A shepherd doesn't ignore the cries of his sheep. He knows when they're frightened, when they're lost, when they're tired, and when they're in danger. That's exactly how Jesus cares for us. He isn't distant or uninterested. He knows your heart better than you do.

Psalm 34:15 reminds us, "The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are attentive to their cry." What a comforting thought. God's ears are always open. You never have to fight for His attention or wonder if He's too busy for your problems. Whether your prayer is about something huge or something that seems small, He listens because He loves you.

The good Shepherd doesn't just hear us. He leads us. Sometimes He says yes. Sometimes He says wait. Sometimes He gently redirects us because He can see what we can't. Even when we don't understand His timing, we can trust His heart. A loving shepherd always leads the flock towards safety, even when the path doesn't make sense to the sheep.

If today feels uncertain, remember that you're not walking alone. The Shepherd walks ahead of you. He sees every obstacle before you reach it. He knows the end of your story. Keep talking to Him. Keep bringing Him your worries, your hopes and your fears. Not because you have to earn His attention, but because you already have it.

God hears you. He knows you by name. And the Good Shepherd never abandons His sheep!!!

Prayer! 🕊

Lord Jesus, thank You for being my Good Shepherd. Thank You that You hear every prayer, every tear and every quiet cry from my heart. Help me to trust You even when I cannot see what You're doing. Lead me in Your peace and remind me that I am never forgotten or alone. Give me confidence to follow wherever You lead, knowing that Your plans are good and Your love never fails. Amen.
