Before You Leave Home, PRAY! ✝️
So often we rush out the door, keys in hand, coffee in the other, ready to face the day. But before you drive off, pause for just a moment. That small moment of prayer can make all the difference.
When we pray before leaving home, we’re not just asking God for protection.. we’re inviting Him to go with us. The roads can be unpredictable, and life itself even more so. But there’s peace in knowing that we’ve placed our journey in His hands.
Before you start the engine, or as you leave the door, speak out a prayer like this:
Short Prayer Before Traveling! ✝️
“Heavenly Father, thank You for another day of life. As I leave my home, I ask for Your protection over me and everyone on the road. Keep me alert, calm, and patient. Shield me from danger, accidents, and harm. Let Your angels surround my vehicle, and may Your peace go before me. Guide me safely to my destination and back home again. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
Remember.. a prayer doesn’t have to be long to be powerful. Just a few sincere words can turn an ordinary drive into a moment of grace.
